Ground Force Sequence Board

This simple but effective training aid gives the golfer a way to correctly learn to swing from the ground up, as done by so many great golfers and as taught by Ben Hogan in The Five Fundamentals.

By using the Sequence Board along with the Heavy Laser Club, you can learn and practice correct, ground-up body sequencing and weight shift, while at the same time using the laser to ensure an on-plane swing.
